PPULI PROJECT

Art, Nature, and Urbanism

PPULI PROJECT is an international curatorial organization based in New York, founded by Irene Gong. Named after the Korean word for “root,” which signifies the foundation of elements and the roots of plants, our mission is to curate, commission, and support interdisciplinary public art projects that seamlessly integrate art and nature in urban environments.

We specialize in site-specific projects worldwide, collaborating annually with artists to promote community well-being and sustainability through contemporary art. Our team of art professionals works across genres and disciplines to build strategic partnerships with NGOs and local organizations, creating immersive and educational art experiences for the public.

By expanding our portfolio and engaging with diverse communities, we aim to enhance urban environments and contribute to a more thoughtful, connected, and sustainable world. Through the power of arts and culture, we are committed to seeking the PPULI of a harmonious life.
